Classroom set-ups

Most of the problems associated with classroom maintenance issues are basic and easy to deal with. More often than not, professors have selected the wrong input source for the DVD/VHS or laptop player. For computers, VGA cables hook into the ports and the correct setting for that is on the source(RGB) button and should be either “Computer 1″ or “Computer 2″ (or VGA 1 or 2). The same goes for VHS - which uses Component inputs 1 or 2.

Sometimes, the cables have not been properly attached. Other times, the cable might simply be faulty. There are situations in which batteries may be dead or maybe (just maybe) - we need some new equipment.

Kauke’s new media enhanced classrooms come with Pixie controls which are easy to use and navigate. So easy in fact that i will spare you the trivial details and let you figure it out for yourself if you ever need to.
